Dragon Fruit have a vivid, red and purple bloom that are beautiful to look upon. AMERICAN BEAUTY is self pollinating, very fertile, and produces an abundance of 1/2 lb-1 lb fruit that has a nice pinkish pulp color with a very sweet texture. This variety is great scooped out with a spoon like ice cream! Also produces huge nocturnal blooms over 3 in diameter.
