How to use -
Place the JDOHS Air+ around your neck, adjust the unit to the appropriate size and fasten the nylon strap in the front.
Fasten the metal valve before pumping.
Adjust the lower part of the unit, and traction angle as comfort dictates
Hand pump until your neck is resting comfortably.
After pumping clamp the airline with the blue valve to prevent the air from leaking out.
The unit may be used 20-30 minutes for medium and minor traction, and 1-3 minutes for more advanced needs.
Begin gently with light and partial inflation, then move on to full inflation if comfortable. Treatment should occur 2-3 times daily for 10-20 days.
After treatment, release the blue valve and then the metal valve, expelling air as gradually as possible. Do not squeeze the device.
