Both peppers have a similar fruity taste. Scotch Bonnet is slightly sweeter. Compliments fruit, especially tropicals like mango, passion fruit and pineapples. The heat of the chili is actually in the veins or membranes (surrounding the seeds), not from the seeds themselves.
