Considering it unique to Nduja Artisans Salumeria, we gave it the name Nostrano, or our house recipe. The sweetness on the surface of each pink peppercorn gives way to aromatics of chianti wine with each chew, leading to a floral peppery finish. NDUJA ARTISANS SALUMERIA
