How To Chose Your Size:

Waist: Measure around your waist where you normally wear your pants, Keep measuring tape comfortably loose.

Seat/Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

If measurements are between sizes, order the larger size.

It is advisable to ask the person being measured how they wear their trousers.
Not everyone wears their trousers or jeans the same height on their hips.
