Hyaluronic acid powder can be used as an economical way to create your own beauty products or can be added to an existing product for additional anti aging and moisture benefits.
15g hyaluronic powder will make more than 50 oz of a 1% hyaluronic acid solution.
Basic Instructions:
In an airtight container, add .5-1 teaspoon of hyaluronic acid powder to 7 tablespoons (3.5 ounces) water and ½ teaspoon glycerin (optional). Shake vigorously and refrigerate to chill. The mixture will start out grainy but convert to a gel within a few hours.
Hyaluronic acid should be used as the first step in your beauty routine. It will create a protective barrier for your skin, keeping it moisturized and creating a better canvas for makeup and other beauty products.
Advanced Instructions: Supercharge your DIY Hyaluronic Acid Serum by adding Vitamin C and/or Ferulic Acid
In 4 tablespoons of water, add:
Between ½ and 2 tablespoons Bos Essentials Vitamin C Powder (See Bos Essentials Vitamin C Powder instructions)
A few drops of Bos Essentials Ferulic Acid Powder (See Bos Essentials Ferulic Acid Powder instructions)
½ teaspoon Bos Essentials Hyaluronic Acid Powder (add only when the rest of the ingredients are fully dissolved)
Additional ingredients can be added at the customers discretion. Refrigerate until gelled, and apply daily prior to the rest of your beauty routine.
