★ When cartridge is installed,printer shows a message that the ink is Non-HP.
That is correct.This is not OEM HP ink cartridge. It is re-manufactured ink cartridge made by OEM HP empty cartridge.That message can be skipped and it won't inflence the normal installation.This is an environmental protection plan recommended by our government.Thanks for your kind support to our green project.

We have no plan to collect from individuals and suggest you send them to local recycle stores.
