Blue Boar Tungsten Carbide Grit Recessed Lighting Hole Saw 6-3/8" is perfect for installing most 6-inch recessed light cans in ceilings and sofits.

CONFIRM the actual cutout size of your recessed lights as all 6" lights can vary by manufacturer. -- The hole saw has a hard tungsten Carbide grit that provides longer life in tough, abrasive materials.

Continuous cutting edge provides a smooth cut and does not catch on wood or metal lath and plaster. The open back design makes it fast and easy to remove the cut plug and start the next cutting the next hole.

This hole saw works perfectly with recessed lights (incandescent, halogen, and LED) made by Capri, Halo, Juno, Marco, Lithonia, Progress, Lightolier, Pathway & Thomas, and others light cans requiring a 6-3/8" opening.

The 1-inch cutting depth will cut through the thickest drywall, stucco, and plaster, and provides clearance so the carbide grit

Hole saw can also be used with Hole Pro HP1156 Large Shield and Arbor kit or Hole Pro X-230+ hole cutters for 100% dust containment of the drywall dust or when dealing with lead paint or asbestos and needing to use a HEPA vacuum.
