DIRECTION FOR USE:

For Topical Use--
Add small amount to your favorite serum, lotion or cream up to 2-5%. It will dissolve in it slowly.
It is water soluble, will not dissolve in oil or alcohol.
Apply sparingly; a pea-size amount is enough to cover your entire face.
Apply sun scream, limit sun exposure.
Keep it in dry, cool and dark places.

For Oral Use--
As dietary supplement, take 50mg(1/64 tsp) to 100mg(scant 1/32 tsp), up to two times daily.Preferably with meal.Or consult your physician.
