Our Organic Kale Powder comes in our 454g (1lb) and 114g (1/4lb) resealable containers with natural servings of kale to use for smoothies, juices, pasta sauces, entrées, and more. Our farm fresh powdered kale is part of our Organic Farm Collection where we work directly with organic farms in China to source fresh kale for our powders where they are dried, and then packaged and shipped by our team in Portland, Oregon. Kale is cruciferous vegetable and is filled with carotene, Vitamin C, folic acid, fiber, calcium, potassium, magnesium, antioxidants, and more.

NOTE: Our kale powder now includes a food grade oxygen absorber to maintain freshness and limit hardening found with other products. For best results, make sure to seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
