When Amy, fresh off a painful divorce, receives a mysterious phone call from a man promising to fulfill her deepest, darkest, dirtiest secrets, she can't help but be intrigued. Soon she finds herself in an old, seemingly-abandoned building being led down a long hallway by the handsome Dr. John.

He takes her to an observation room, where, in lieu of explanations, they watch a young, overflowing woman express copious amounts of cream. It's not long before it becomes clear just what The Cream Clinic is and just what Dr. John wants with Amy: to make her one of his human cows and to fill her chest with warm, delicious milk!
