  • The stone needs to be fully preheated, which is necessary for baking a good pizza; Regardless of the material, the preheating time required for stone of the same thickness is basically the same; For home oven, the stone needs to be preheated for 45-60 minutes. For grill, it takes 20-30 minutes. The preheating time depends on the heating efficiency of your oven or grill; Baking requires patience and is worth for waiting, you can preheat the stone when preparing the dough and toppings. When everything is ready, the stone is also well preheated.
