The Rep Ab Support Mat is great for supporting the lower back during abdominal exercises. Much like the popular Abmat, our mat makes situps more comfortable and helps to ease lower back strain and reduce hip flexor activation. Useful for Cross Training/HIIT workouts because of the frequent appaearance of high rep sit-up workouts, and can even be used while learning hand stand push ups.
