These casings are our most popular for beef summer sausages and pepperoni. No refrigeration required, store at room temperature. Casings should be soaked in lukewarm water for no more than 5 minutes before use. Do not overstuff. 24" long. 20 Casings Per Package. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 2 1/2 lbs. 20 Casings per pack, Pre-Tied at one end for your convenience. Diameter: Approximately 2 3/8" when stuffed.
