Very Beautiful evergreen perennial that blooms red bracket type flowers that resemble lobster claws from mid spring to summer. Attracting bees and butterflies. They grow up to 8 foot tall in partial to full shade and like regular watering. Not picky about soil ph (5.6 to 7.5) and cold hardy down to USDA Zone 9b (25 Degrees F). They work great as container plants that can be moved to a protected spot for winter, specimens, backdrops in flower beds, hedges and around ponds.

1 Rhizome. Rhizome divided from mature flowering plants and for that reason will flower much sooner then one grown from seed. Planting and general care instructions included.
