Freeze for at least 4 hours. Wrap a towel or cloth around cold pack before applying to area. Treatment not to exceed 20 minutes.
Microwave flat for 90 seconds to warm up the clay pack. Turn and reheat in 30 second burst until desired temperature. Do not overheat.
Wipe clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe dry. Return clay pack to plastic bag for storage in refrigerator or freezer.

IceWraps reusable clay pack will last for years, but you should not overheat in microwave or leave in direct sunlight as this will dry out. External use only.
