With its distinctive flavor & fragrance, cilantro is an essential ingredient in Mexican, Caribbean, & Asian cuisines. Looks like flat leaf Parsley, but with thinner leaves. Young leaves have best flavor, so harvest often. Plants grow quickly. Annual in most zones, though may overwinter in milder climates. After it bloom, harvest seeds for use as the spice coriander.
