A SHARP KNIFE IS A SAFE KNIFE! Restore your knifes edge with the Mizu 2 in 1 Whetstone grinding stone
Inspired and tested by professional chefs, this easy to use two-sided water stone sharpener will help keep you safe in the kitchen by maintaining a sharp edge on all your knives. Use the coarse #1000 grit side to shave away the dull edge and then flip over to use the ultra fine #6000 grit side to finely buff out an extraordinarily sharp edge.

Instructions on Use

  • Immerse the stone in water for 30 minutes (you can do longer if you want, but wait for bubbles to disappear)
  • Place onto the rubber or bamboo footing with the #1000 grit facing up
  • Place your knife tip at the bottom of the stone at roughly 15° angle
  • Smoothly glide the knife up the stone ensuring that all of the edge makes contact with the whetstone
  • Flip the blade over and repeat
  • Make sure to keep the stone moist by dripping water on it as it dries
  • When the you feel you have removed the dull edge, then flip and repeat on the #6000 side
  • Wash the knife and wipe clean
