Our organic pipe rigate {rih-gah-tay} is made in Italy at an authentic pastificio dedicated to making only the highest quality pastas. Made with organic durum wheat, our pasta is bronze cut the old-fashioned way and slowly dried to preserve its authentic flavor. A larger version of macaroni, its hollow shape holds sauce on the inside while the ridges grab it on the outside-it's the perfect pasta selection for a meaty or chunky tomato sauce.
