- Crunchier than your average cauliflower, with a nuttier milder taste, this plant will taste great raw or cooked and will hold its shape too!
- Grows up to 24" tall. Grows best in full sun and when planted in spring or fall.
- Germinates best when soil is around 75 degrees. Plant 3 seeds per plant 18-24" apart and cover with 1/4" soil. Keep soil moist, but not waterlogged, until seedlings are established. Germination takes 2-3 weeks, so please give your seeds the attention they need to grow. Some people report heads taking 6 months or longer to develop, so patience is the name of the game.
