With this spectrum of super florescent powder paints you can create an almost unlimited number of your own colours and hues. From intense neon oranges to rich and vibrant lavenders and everything in between. These ultra-bright paints by Stuart Semple is available to everyone except Anish Kapoor! (who won't share his black!). Visible light is powerfully reflected by these high pigment paints to create a strong fluorescent effects. Note: Stuart Semple's powders are designed to be mixed with water to create powerful water based paints however they can also be mixed with linseed oil to create oil paints or Stuart's own Super Base to create ultra-matt acrylic paints. Tip: they go bonkers under a UV black light ;)
