SUSTEAS Cast Iron Teapots

How to use it:
Since our iron teapot is uncoated, it is not suggested to use the iron teapot to boil tea.
It can only be used for steeping the tea or just boiling the water and pour it into the cup to brew tea. And it is not advisable to leave the tea out that long.

Daily Maintenance:
❶ When you clean the iron teapot, you need to use green tea(other teas can't) to boil it in iron teapot and pour it off
❷ then boil it again with water,then pour it off - this is equivalent to washing tea stains.
❸ At this time, there is a small amount of water inside the iron teapot, remove the lid and heat the teapot on the stove with a small fire. When the water begins to evaporate, stop heating and evaporate the water by its own heat.
❹ The lid can be closed after the lid is completely dry (if there is still a small amount of water that can be wiped gently with kitchen paper). Green tea is used to clean the iron teapot because it can prevent rust.
❺ If you feel that it is too much trouble to clean the iron teapot with green tea, it is ok to clean the iron teapot with water. Only the effect is not so good. If there is already a slight rust, you can scrub the iron teapot with green tea juice, using this method, the rust condition is effectively alleviated.
