Dried shrimps are used as in various Thai & International recipes, most notably Somtum(Papaya salad), Miang Kham, Pad Thai and Green Mango with Sweet Fish Sauce.
Its size varies depending on the original size it was dried from.
Soak in hot water for 10 minutes before cooking.

Note : No suitable for people allergic to seafood.
