Q1: How long the hair last?
A1: Normally, The hair can last over 1 year under good care. This is our customer experience for so many years.

Q2: Hair smell
A2: We have washed hair with warm water and conditioner in factory, and put hair oils on it before shipment, to protect it from being dried during term delivery. But smell will disappear after washing with good shampoo and conditioner.

Q3: Spilt/dry ends
A3: Only virgin hair has grey spilt ends. Our hair will be a little dry after leaving hair donor, because it lost human nutrition. You can put some olive/organ oil to keep it good. Q4. Is the hair virgin unprocessed? A4: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
