Sharpening your knife with sharpening stone will more extend knife lifetime than using a power-driven grinding wheel.

How to use:
1.Submerge whetstone in water and soak for 10-15 min (until bubbles no longer appear) before sharpening.
2.Mount the whetstone first onto the rubber base, then place it on a flat non-slip surface. Always keep the whetstone surface wet while sharpening.
3.Hold the knife edge against the flat whetstone, with the cutting edge meeting the stone at an angle of 15-20 °
4.Using the #3000grit side to smoothen and prepare the blade. Slide the blade forward diagonally across the whetstone, and on the return movement, flip the blade over to sharpen the other side. To provide more stability and precision during the procedure, gently press the face of the knife with the fingers of your free hand. Use the entire surface of the stone, so as to maintain evenness during sharpening.
5.Repeat the push steps on #8000 grit stone for final polishing.

How to clean:
1. After every use, clean the surface of the stone using a soft brush or towel and aloe it to dry in a well-ventilated area.
2. After using sharpening stone for multiple times, surface of stone may become uneven, use fixer stone to make it even by grinding the surface of sharpening stone with fixer stone.
