Method of installation:
1:Remove the oil out let dust cover and return oil outlet dust cover on the flange, and then insert the oil seal ring and the return oil ring.
2:Install the top seal ring into the urea tank.
3:Install the Pre-heater into the urea tank and rotate it to the right by 10°tolock the oil tank firmly.Then press the top cover into the urea tank port,and press it tightly with the seal ring of the top cover.
4:Screw the flange plate to fix the top cover.
5:Install Urea pump assembly.
6:Connect vapour filtration lines,wiring plugs,etc.Use Ribbon to fasten the wiring
7:After all installed,it needs to meet certain conditions to make system work,so directly using computer to control the detection system to see whether it is working,or it is necessary to start the vehicle for a period of time to observe whether the system shows warning.
