Radar Motion Sensor

Standby modes
Dim mode means lighting will be always ON. But only 30% brightness without any motion detection and to be 100% brightness once trigger the radar sensor;
Dark mode the light will be full dark without any motion detection and to be 100% brightness once trigger the radar sensor
