How to Use:
1.Cut the meat into strips and weigh
2.Calculate spice required at 45g/kg of cut meat
3.Optional: add Worchester Sauce or Vinegar at 50g-100g/kg meat.
4.Mix the meat and spice well
5.Cover and refrigerate overnight
6.Hang to dry
