If you want 5V DC instead of 4xAAA batteries, the lock maybe have lower power alert. You can't input 4xAAA batteries and connect 5V DC for long time, the lock will break.
You can use 2-pole or 3-pole or 4-pole 2.5mm male jack, the inner pole is positive, the second pole is negative(GND)
