How to use the food jar?
1. For maximum thermal efficiency, you are suggested to preheat(Using hot water)/pre-chill(Using cold water) the food jar before use for about 3-8 minutes and then empty water. And then you could fill contents to your container.
2. Press the air button before opening the food jar, and be careful the exhausted hot steam.
