This parsley is flat-leaved, or Italian, parsley (Petroselinum crispum var.neapolitanum). It is more robustly flavored than than the more common curley leaf which is generally used because it's easier to bottle.
Include parsley to impart a bright green color and mild, refreshing herbal flavor to dressings, grain, egg, fish, vegetable and other savory dishes.
Reconstitute parsley leaf flakes by soaking them in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain and use as you would fresh parsley—in butters and cheese dishes, for example.
