Kale is a very nutritious vegetable that is easy to grow and should be in everyone?s garden. Dwarf Blue Curled Kale is extremely hardy and will over winter in all but the coldest climates. Like most ?greens?, it grows best in cool weather, but will also withstand some heat. The seeds are very easy to start indoors or outdoors. As a ?cut and come again? crop, you can harvest leaves multiple times during its growth. Kale makes a nice spring green for salads, but when it is grown as a fall crop, you will also love the added sweetness that it gets after a light frost.
