The SoyaJoy Premium total tofu kit includes a tofu box/press, a piece of tofu/cheese press cloth, and 1/2 lb of nigari for making up to 100 lbs of tofu. Instruction for making tofu included. The tofu box is crafted with 100% natural bamboo, the most water friendly natural wood for lasting performance. It has a movable lid to be used as a press to make tofu or yogurt cheese. The SoyaJoy premium nigari included is from the remote Cha'erhan salt lake in Qinghai-Tibet high land formed millions years ago, and is as pristine as it can be with no concerns of radiation and pollutants from modern-day ocean as sea water extracted nigari. You don't need nigari for making yogurt cheese.

We made this premium tofu box/press based on our experiences with the original SoyaJoy total tofu kit made of pine wood. Improvements include "Dove tail" corner construction, and use of bamboo to replace pine wood for superior strength and durability. Bamboo has been used in making kitchen utensils for hundreds of years. It is the strongest hard wood with lowest water absorption. Bamboo proved to be a much superior material both in strength and stability for repeated usage in water.
