RECOMMENDED USE
10-Minute Edamame: Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot with one tablespoon kosher salt. When the water reaches a boil, dump in 2 cups of fresh or frozen edamame. Cook for 5 minutes (you don't have to wait for the water to return to a boil before you start timing) until tender and the pods easily release from the shell.
