Grow the tasty and nutritious Long Island Improved Brussels Sprout, from freshly harvested Brassica oleracea seeds. Brussels Sprout is an heirloom vegetable that was introduced in the late 19th century. The plants grow to a mature height of roughly 24 inches tall, producing miniature, cabbage like crops that measure 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Brussels Sprout will take a good 90 days until the crops are ready for harvesting.
