We are small family owned business located in great Washington State and own few farm ranches in Khorasan province in north east of Persia (Iran). We grow our own Saffron and collect them all by hand one by one. Khorasan province is simply the saffron capital of the world. Mashhad has been the gate of producing and distributing worldwide for about 250 to 270 tons per year. Our location in the States has started by our son Darush Dolatabadi Amiri in 2003 from Seattle by the name of Persian Saffron Imports and fairly quickly gained lots of reputations and state wide customers satisfaction in restaurants around the Puget Sound area.
