Aluminum core for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Stainless steel lids keeps heat and moisture in. Riveted handles stay cool and are comfortable to hold. Induction compatible. Works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, etc. Oven safe to 500F. Dishwasher safe.
