Our product includes TWO REUSABLE GEL PACKS, which can both be used for either HOT OR COLD therapy - just stick them in the microwave, or the freezer. They're made with a safe, non-toxic gel, which stays FLEXIBLE when frozen, and is encased in a sturdy, leak-proof plastic.

Our wrap is BUILT TO LAST. Competing wraps have velcro straps designed to stick to their fabric, but this degrades the fabric (think of what happens when you stick velcro to your shirt). After just a few uses, they can lose their ability to stick! Our product has an additional velcro strip right on the pouch, ensuring the wrap will stick for years. It's made out of a soft polyester flannel, with a thin mesh backing to ensure full transfer of heat or cold, while still offering a layer of protection for your skin.
