ABOUT YOUR NEW ORGANIC PEA SEEDS

The Seedz Green Arrow Shell Peas are cool season annuals that produce high yields of long, slim pods packed with delicious peas excellent for freezing. Shorter than other variants, reaching only 30" in height, these garden pea seeds require little support and offer great disease resistance.

WHEN TO PLANT

For best results, direct-seed as soon as soil can be worked in the spring.

GROW PATTERNS AND TIMING

Sow one seed per inch with about 24" between rows. Green arrow shell peas should be expected to germinate within 7-10 days. Optimal soil temperature for germination is 65-70°F, but you can expect these pea seeds to germinate in soils as low as 40°F.
Expect about 68 days to maturity. Provide support for tall varieties. Pick regularly for increased yields.

HOW TO USE YOUR HEIRLOOM GREEN PEA SEEDS

Once fully grown and harvested, green peas are delicious raw or cooked. Add to salads or enjoy on their own with a pinch of sea salt. This variety is perfect for freezing, too, for long-term storage!
